Cooling liquid should choose a slightly higher concentration of saponification liquid, before use must be through strict cleaning filter. Then feed at a rate of 0.005 mm per pair of trips. When the spark disappears, the grinding is finished, the transverse feed hand wheel is pressed to feed direction, and the grinding wheel is slightly pressed into the workpiece, but no feeding is equal to polishing the workpiece, so as to further improve the grinding surface quality.
2. When the environment temperature is high, such as summer, the light should not be close to the workpiece to prevent the workpiece from thermal expansion and influence the grinding quality.
3. If the surface of the workpiece is roughed up, the coolant is not clean or the surface of the grinding wheel has floating sand, the coolant should be filtered or the surface of the grinding wheel should be brushed off.
4. If there is local burn of workpiece, it may be caused by insufficient coolant or excessive feed, or passivation of grinding wheel. 5. If the micro-ripple appears on the surface of the workpiece after processing, it may be caused by the looseness of the spindle, the vibration of the motor or other reasons, we can take corresponding measures to solve the problem according to the specific situation.
